Thank you for joining us for our inaugural event!
Held on May 9, 2025, this event brought together a dynamic community of alumni, students, faculty and industry professionals to delve into the essence of values-driven leadership. Through a series of thought-provoking sessions and interactive discussions, attendees explored evidence-based strategies to enhance their leadership effectiveness. We explored leadership in a truly unique way. Conference attendees received exclusive access to the Principled Leadership Assessment — a scientifically based evaluation of leadership behaviors across four core dimensions: Moral Attentiveness, Flexibility, Sustainability and Responsibility. Personalized feedback from the assessment helped participants identify the conference sessions most relevant to their development needs, maximizing their experience and advancing their growth as principled leaders.
This conference underscored Fisher College's dedication to cultivating leaders who are not only effective but also ethical and community-minded. Through initiatives like the Fisher Leadership Initiative, the college continues to champion the development of principled leaders poised to make a positive impact in their organizations and beyond.
