David Nickel, PhD

David earned his PhD from Indiana University with a double major in higher education administration and chemistry. He has served in several leadership positions in both university and business and industry environments. David worked for 20 years with the Goodyear Corporation and was head of the leadership and management development programs at his facility. He played a significant role in advancing the participative management programs within this corporation. He also served as an adjunct faculty member for several years at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the American Association of University Administrators.
