Program Faculty
Ty Shepfer is a Senior Lecturer of Management and Human Resources at the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He also serves as the Director of the Honors Cohort Program and the Academic Director of the Master of Human Resource Management Program. He completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources at Ohio State. Prior to returning to Ohio State in 2015, Ty worked at Royal Dutch Shell holding various positions in Houston, Texas, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and most recently in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Ty teaches Business Environment and Skills, HR Strategy, Total Rewards, Labor Relations and two leadership courses. He also serves on Fisher College's Alumni Board and is an advisor to an undergraduate student organization.
Greg is a leader in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice where he is focused on “making work better for humans and humans better at work”. He partners with clients to transform their HR and digital workplace capabilities to deliver more productive, engaging, and supportive experiences to the workforce. He is focused on helping organizations holistically embed AI and other innovative technologies into business strategies to create and realize measurable value and elevate organizational performance.
All cancellations and transfers must be received in writing. Submit your request via email to Jennie McAndrew at mcandrew.28@osu.edu with the name of the program, followed by “cancellation” or “transfer” in the subject line.
- Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the program in order to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the program in order to be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Any cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the program will forfeit the registration fee.
- If you for any reason are unable to attend the program, please consider sending someone in your place. Participants can transfer their registration to someone else within their organization at no charge up to 24 hours before the first day of the program.
