- BUSMHR 7301 - The Future of HR
- Provide students with an overview of the HRM profession with a focus on the future. The course emphasizes an understanding of HRM policies & practices, how HRM functions are organized, the role of HRM in business today as well as in the future, & the competencies needed to be a successful HR practitioner. The history of HRM is reviewed to provide an understanding of the forces that influenced HRM.
